If you’ve seen any of my recent Scout Comics unboxings over on my Youtube channel, but I am addicted to two comic book offerings I’ve only seen come from Scout Comics. These two items are Comic Tags and Pressworks Printer Plates. Only one of these two hot items are currently on sale, which brings me to espousing my love for:
I am a massive fan of the Pressworks Printer Plates. If you want to see what they look like, and my review of them you can check out one of the videos below:
Current Giveaway (Drawing Next Monday)
On the Scout Comics website, you can currently purchase Pressworks plates in one of three different ways:
1. Pick a page!
Using the above link, you can pick and choose the specific page, color, and title you want. However once it’s gone, it is gone! These are 1/1! This by far is the most expensive option at $79.99 for an individual plate with no frills.
2. Mystery Packs!
While I have not purchased a mystery pack from their website, I have gotten the mystery packs through some of their daily Whatnot shows. If you want to snag one from the website, they are $49.99, and the only thing you get to choose is the particular Title/Issue you are interested in.
3. The Framed Covers
This is the most pricy option coming in at $499.99, however you get both the front and the back cover, in the color of your choosing in an awesome frame (I’ve seen a couple of these live on their auctions, and I want one!!!). While this may be out of the price range for a lot of people, if you have a specific book you are looking for, you can find it here!
I love these plates as much as I do some of the original artwork pages I own. I really think giving collectors the opportunity to purchase plates for the titles they love, really gives people to own a piece of history for a relatively low price.
